I’m a desert rat who loves everything about the desert landscape. I find beauty in just about anything. I have been taking photos since I was a young girl and it’s become a deep passion within my soul. Making moments & cherished memories stand still is my absolute favorite and what makes it even better is doing this for others is such a honor & privilege!

Every project starts with listening and ends with something my clients and myself are proud to share. I have a warm style of editing with the occasional black & whites. However if theres a style you’re interested in, we can definitely discuss it. I’d be happy to make that vision come true!

My photography career started with storm chasing across the Mojave Desert. Capturing beautiful cloud formations and lightning bolts across the sky/desert landscape. Then it turned into intimate weddings and elopements which of course grew into everything I have learned up to this day. If I had to choose, Family portraits have become my specialty, but I enjoy capturing all types of categories.

"Tamra has to absolutely be the nicest person and I am so glad my fiancé and I got to work with her for our engagement photos while visiting Vegas. When the initial topic of engagement photos were brought up after getting engaged ... dread and anxiety are the two words that come to mind. I hate my photo being taken and obviously these are very sentimental and important. Working with Tamra really helped to reduce the negative feelings and while the weather wanted to throw a curve ball, it was a lot of fun with many laughs. As a bonus I even got to learn more about the area and she tolerated my fascination with the wildlife in the area. Thank you Tamra! Update: Got the photos back a week ago (earlier than expected) and have been in shock and awe. "Tammy captured family photos and my daughters 1st birthday/cake smash photos during the same session. It was quick and professional. She showed up on time and was very flexible and quick with the return time on edited photos. I love that she gave me a USB drive with all the best photos (over 150) and all of them color edited, unlike some photographers who only return a small number of the photos captured. I got a large variety from all angles and poses and love the quality. It felt like I was working with a friend as she was flexible with the time and place I chose and very personable during the shoot. Depending on the project, typically turnaround time is about 2 weeks for portraits. However, bigger moments like weddings or events could be up to 3-4 weeks.

At time of booking a service, a non- refundable deposit of $60 will be due.

Just depends on the season and the service requested. Example: Weddings would be 6-8 months in advance and family portraits would be at least a month in advance. Im flexible and very understanding to life situations. We can chat about any needs for the service! :)
